Job Description

Location : Gibraltar.
Our client has an impressive and growing Casino CRM team and are looking for an experienced and talented analyst to join the team in Gibraltar. The division is in a period of growth and now is an exciting time to join this entrepreneurial and dedicated team.

As CRM Analyst, you’ll apply business analytics to support strategic decision-making and planning. Analysing CRM promotional activities, you’ll provide valuable inputs and direction in order to optimise and steer their casino CRM team to maximise revenue. A key part of this role will also be to provide valuable daily/weekly and monthly reports to help the CRM team monitor KIPs and adjust their CRM plans accordingly.

Your profile:
Highly analytical, you must have proven experience in extracting and analysing data, presenting it to commercial teams and providing insights and recommendations. You must also have sound knowledge and understanding of online casino

Advanced skills in Excel are essential and experience using BI tools such as Microstrategy and Tableau would be beneficial. They are looking for a team player who can collaborate and communicate with the CRM and other teams across their business.
